Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a Help Desk and Business Systems Analyst Junior role responsible for providing customer support, customer training, developing standard operating procedures, and supporting all functional phases of the software development life cycle (requirements, design, testing, training, production support) to support the Operation and Maintenance of a DoD application. This position is responsible for being a liaison between the application technical team, government sponsors, and application end user community.
Required Qualifications:
- Must demonstrate ability to provide professional and timely customer support.
- Must be able to interface daily with end user community via phone and email during specified Help Desk hours.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to become proficient in the use of an enterprise-wide financial database and to train other users in such a system.
- DoD Secret must be obtainable.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with supporting software applications.
- Experience gathering system requirements and testing.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $45,300-$90,600. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
