Job Description:
Duties:
- Interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- Excellent customer service skills are required. Basic computer skills is required.
- Medical Office experience.
- Functioning as unit clerk answering the call
- Calling for extra linen
- Calling IT repair
- Scheduling appts/transportation
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
Skills: One year of experience
Schedule Notes:
- Strong phone skills/ customer service
- Candidate must be comfortable with both of the shift timings i.e 03:00 PM EST - 11:30 PM EST and 07:00 am EST - 03:00 pm EST Monday – Friday
- Alternate weekends and holidays 10 am-6 pm
- 2 days off during the week if they work weekends
