Our Operations Manager is one of the most crucial positions in our company. They are dedicated to provide the best fitness experience to our members and guests by providing outstanding customer service and creating a healthy, clean and fun environment for them to enjoy.

The Operations Managers are also responsible for the hiring, training and development of front desk, janitorial and child care employees. A vital part of their duties is resolving all membership issues and complaints, updating past due accounts, manager payroll and supply budgets while upholding company standards.

We offer advancement opportunities to the roles of Member Service Managers, Area Managers and District Operations Managers. The Operations Managers are full-time positions with full medical benefits along with dental and vision as well as complimentary membership with guest privileges.

· Competitive pay of $40k-$50k annually from base with commissions/bonuses.

What we are looking for:

· Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 2+ years of Management Level experience;

· Customer Service Management Level experience;

· A passion for Health & Fitness; and,

· A want to work full-time, typically Monday – Friday.
