Swim into a great summer job!

LLE Education Group is hiring Lifeguards for our Summer 2023 season in the Fredericksburg, VA area. We prefer applicants to be certified lifeguards but if not, we will provide free training for uncertified candidates.

You will work Monday through Friday and your day is typically done by 5pm.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising children to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform lifesaving techniques if necessary, working at a shallow pool.
• Give a Swim Test to determine a child’s restrictions (if any) in the pool.
• Perform daily pool maintenance; monitor the chemical levels, clean the pool, and maintain pool grounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• After school
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fredericksburg, VA 22407: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Lifeguard: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
