Pizzazz Hair Design & Spa is seeking Experienced Hair Designers.

We seek a talented licensed cosmetologist/stylist passionate about cutting hair and making clients look and feel their best! Responsibilities

• Must be a Team player
• Positive energy
• Welcome customers and identify their preferences by asking pointed questions
• Knowledge of Blowouts and hot tools ( curling iron and flatiron).
• Selling products, Memberships, and Packages
• Booking appointments through our booking site
• Wash, rinse, and dry clients' hair using appropriate shampoos and conditioners (e.g., for oily hair or dry scalp)
• Apply hair treatment products, as needed hydrating masks)
• Form bonds with loyal customers
• Serve walk-ins
• Ensure the tidiness of stations and sterilize tools as needed
• Cross-sell products or services when appropriate

Skills

• Ability to do Blowouts
• Color experience is a Must
• Hands-on experience
• Familiarity with hair treatment products and services
• Up-to-date with industry trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Valid cosmetology License
