Location = Tucker, GA

Come and join our exciting office and launch a career in Customer Service as a Bilingual Customer Experience Associate.

In this role, the Associate will develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing policy holders.

Responsibilities
1. Actively listen to concerns or questions demonstrating a desire to assist and respond to with compassion and insurance industry knowledge.

2. Proactively contact policy holders to provide updates on accounts.

3. Reach out to customers who are in cancellation status, follow up on terminated and collect a payment to reinstate the policy, follow up with customers who had rejected payments (NSF), also follow up on customers who are late or in jeopardy of being late. Bills and financial responsibilities is a touchy subject. We want to retain out customers, we do not want cancellations. You must have great people skills for this role, you must also have great attention to detail.

4. Identify opportunities to turn dissatisfied policy holders into satisfied policy holders.

5. Review customer policies for gaps in coverage

6. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding payment

7. Make outbound calls to customers who are subject to policy cancellation due to non payment

8. Follow up on life policy customers to prevent cancellations of life policies

Skills and Experience

* Bilingual (Spanish)
* Must be able to work in a FAST PACE environment
* Capable of maintaining long-term relationships with the policy holders
* Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
* Confident, self-starter who works well independently
* Must have ability to multi-task.
* Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
* Proficient typing and computer skills
* Accountability focused agency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
