Job Description

As the Marketing Manager at Nodpod, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our startup. This is a hands-on position that requires wearing multiple hats and adapting to the ever-evolving needs of the business. Your diverse responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to align with company goals and target audiences.

● Conduct market research to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
● Establish and maintain a strong brand identity, including brand guidelines, logos, and other visual elements.
● Oversee content creation across various platforms, including blog posts, videos, and social media updates.
● Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media management.

● Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners for public relations initiatives.

● Monitor and analyze marketing data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

● Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal use of resources and maximum
ROI● Hire, train, and supervise marketing team members, coordinating with other departments and third parties to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.

● Continually evolve and adapt marketing strategies to meet the changing needs of the business.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, related field, or proven experience scaling a startup

● 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a startup environment and the consumer products industry.
● Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
● Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
● Familiarity with paid social, email, and SMS marketing.
● Exceptional eye for design and visual storytelling.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Pay: $112,232.08 - $123,697.95 per year
