Job description

The store manager is responsible for the overall operations and results of the Reynolds Market stores and supervising the store and management team. You provide vision and direction for the store. You assume one of the most important responsibilities that can be assigned to anyone - that of leading people and managing assets. You must motivate your store department managers and team members through your example. Personal conduct must reflect the highest standards. You are responsible for driving the culture of the store and ensuring compliance with FT Reynolds policy. A majority of your time should be spent interacting with team members and guests.

The store manager is responsible with day-to-day operations of the store to meet company objectives for sales, margin percent, customer service, employee relations, store appearance and product presentation.

Applicant must have:

• High School degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years management experience. Retail grocery management preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Outgoing, friendly, positive, professional and energetic team player.
• Strong communication skills.
• Possess organizational skills and leadership skills
• Maintains working knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers and financial goals.
• Have basic computer skills to include knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Dropbox.
• Be personable and approachable for all team members and customers.

• Be able to handle controversy among team members and effectively resolve issues, and create a fun, uplifting work environment.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience to include a bonus plan. Benefit package of vacation, holiday pay, 401(k) with employer matching contributions and medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
