Come join our team! This is an onsite position in Tucker, Georgia. We are a dynamic visual communications company looking to expand our team. We are a highly responsible, relationally focused group of signage professionals who strive to enhance businesses and individuals with signage, graphics, and displays.

We believe in working hard, having fun, and are seeking to add to our work “family”. This individual will be responsible for producing all graphic design and job layouts in compliance with the work order specifications and/or manipulating customer artwork/files to become compatible with the center design and RIP software. In addition, this team member will be responsible for working in conjunction with the Production Specialist. As needed, the Graphic Production Designer will operate equipment to plot vinyl, print wide-format images and graphics.

$40,000 - $42,000

• Serve as backup to operate plotter, and wide-format equipment to produce client jobs.
• Maintain and monitor server and backup routines for all files produced in the Graphics department.
• Operate desktop copiers and scanners as needed.
• Operate and calibrate monitors, office printers/copiers, print equipment, etc. to ensure accurate color production and proofing.
• Serve as backup to clean and maintain all equipment.
• Provides client education on proper submission of digital files.
• Work with clients in a consultative manner to understand their needs and provide guidance for the best solution.
• Answer phones as needed.

• Minimum of 4 years of education in graphic design or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in the sign industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of sign industry substrates, media, and products is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance, upbeat, positive attitude.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Keen multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as an integral team member.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse customer/prospect base.

• Extensis Font Software.

• Expertise in the wide-format printer and Onyx RIP operation.
• Expertise in color management concepts and procedures.
