We're hiring a Graphic Design & Content Specialist to join our Marketing Team.
Serves as in-house creative role supporting design of all non-agency related creative which includes but is not limited to print advertising, invitations, branch merchandising and line of business collateral.
Maintains annual merchandising calendar and coordinates messaging and communications on all marketing managed channels including but not limited to interior and exterior merchandising, and phone messaging.
Coordinates content updates with all co-brand and advertising partners to align with interior marketing channels, branding and campaign promotions and objectives.
Maintains collateral request calendar and manages timing of creative to meet desired deliverable dates.
Interacts with lines of business and Marketing Manager in development of any requested print or digital collateral.
Designs and creates content within the context of Univest Graphic Standards and compliance rules for internal and external collateral and merchandising.
Coordinates collateral production and delivery logistics with print partners, lines of business and department admin.
Responsible to monitor and maintain all desired collateral inventories with vendor partners.
Periodic facility reviews to ensure brand standard consistency.
Maintains and updates graphic standards for the organization as needed.
Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations which apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct and Graphic Standards.
Assumes additional duties and responsibilities as appropriate.
Highly proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, all Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Power Point, as well as a basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
Exceptional creative design skills with ability to maintain corporate branding standards within design.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Content Management Systems and digital signage software a plus.
Strong creative, oral communication and interpersonal skills a must.
Must be able to multi-task, collaborate with team members and handle challenging deadlines.
Required to comply with brand guidelines and graphic standards.
