Essential Responsibilities

The Golf Shop Attendant will embody the following:

• Exhibit the highest level of customer service to our members and their guests
• Promote the facility programs, events, and image to the membership
• Communicate in a professional manner and tone with fellow staff across all departments
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Relay important information to management staff including member/guest issues, work equipment not functioning properly, or any other issues
• Proactively manage daily workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Study the tournament/event calendar so as to be able to communicate details with Members/Guests
• Record Inventory for shop and work with merchandisers to rearrange golf shop
• Assist in Tournament Operations & Golf Event Planning
• Manage the NorthStar Online Tee Time Reservation System

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
