What does a successful Global Mobility Coordinator at Fiserv do?

As a Global Mobility Coordinator, you will assist the Global Mobility team with the administrative responsibilities of the Fiserv Global Mobility function.

What you will do:

  • Initiate immigration cases and maintain records using the Global Mobility Assignment Management System
  • Maintain public access files
  • Own the Layoff Analysis process for Perm Recruitment
  • Responsible for reviewing vendor invoicing, updating missing details, analysis by country and providing to key stakeholders for processing and accounting
  • Create employee verification letters as it relates to immigration, requires partnership with HR Operations teams in EMEA, APAC, LATAM and USA
  • Assist Global Mobility consultants with the tracking, posting and removal of Labor Condition Applications
  • Support the Global Mobility Consultants by handling inquiries from candidates and associates on their immigration status. This may be directing them to the Immigration Legal Counsel’s Immigration Portal or researching with the Legal Councils’ Immigration Portal and reporting back to the candidate or associate.
  • Owning the Global Mobility team outlook inbox and adding to case log, answering basic inquiries, or forwarding to appropriate case owner
  • Own domestic relocation questions, initiations, and follow up with the business, partnering with Global Mobility leadership on escalations and questions
  • Initiate International relocations with our vendor, and partner with Global Mobility consultants (EMEA, APAC and USA) and Global Mobility leadership with any questions and escalations

What you will need to have:

  • 2+ years the equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and /or military experience, preferably within immigration or global mobility
  • High school diploma, GED, and 2 years of equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office in a professional capacity, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience within the world of immigration, global mobility and familiarity with all components of the visa


What would be great to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or Employment Law or equivalent experience
  • Experience with filing immigration requests or using assignment management software
  • Basic understanding of domestic and international relocations
