Summary/Objective
Plans, directs and controls activities of a Service Center to achieve budgeted financial objectives. Responsible for the planning and performance in the following functions: Sales Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Training, Customer Service, Purchasing and Inventory.
Essential Functions

- Company Core Values will be used to assist in making business and people decisions.
- Develops and executes short- and long-range objectives consistent with company guidelines.
- Prepares and executes plans and budgets, conducting activities in accordance with approved plans and budgets to achieve budgeted pre-tax profit targets.
- Responsible for all field sales representative performance as well as Company initiatives and sales processes at the center.
- Ensures operations conform with local, state, and federal government regulations and Company operating guidelines.
- Monitors service levels, quality control and client satisfaction to acceptable standards set by the Company.
- Maintains appropriate communications within and between various functional areas within the Company.
- Establishes and maintains client satisfaction and public relations, through direct or delegated contacts with representative individuals or groups.
- Furnishes manpower and financial forecasts in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute fleet, Capital Expense Forecast for Service Center.
- Develops and executes center staffing plans and follows company pay plans, Company policies and programs. Recommends modifications to these programs, as necessary.
- Attends and actively participates in all required Company meetings and trainings.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has 10 direct reports consisting of 2-4 managers and the sales team, and overall leadership of the entire centers’ staff of 40 to 70 team members.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones. Some responsibilities frequently occur in the field at customer homes and similar sites.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. GM has full responsibility to assure the center is operational 24/7.
Qualifications:Preferred Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Five to ten years of HVAC experience.
- Five to ten years of management experience.
- Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
- Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector
- Experience and knowledge of HVAC and Process systems for residential and commercial dwellings
- Have an understanding of general HVAC design with have an overall general knowledge of HVAC material costs
- Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
- Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually depending on experience + additional bonus opportunity
