Utopia Farms operates as a Class C cultivation facility holding both medical and adult-use licenses. We have a tight knit team that focuses on small-scale production of high quality and diverse flower.

Job Title:

Full Time Gardener

Job Description:

Assist in day to day maintenance of the flower rooms and mother room at Utopia Farms. Gardener will work under facility managers to accomplish a multitude of tasks pertaining to commercial cannabis cultivation.

Starting Wage:

$17.50/ hour

Time Commitment:

40 hours/ week

Requirements & Qualifications:

-Ability to work occasional weekends

-Experience working with plants; cannabis experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

-Pruning, training, defoliation

-Cloning & propagation

-Up potting/ transplanting

-IPM/ spraying

-Harvest/ Post harvest cleaning

-Irrigation/ mixing fertilizer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

• Detroit, MI 48204: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Gardening: 1 year (Preferred)
