Job description
Top property management brokerage seeking receptionist for our location in Murrysville, PA.
BHHS Preferred Property Management is looking to hire a full-time associate to serve as the front desk receptionist, routing all phone calls and assisting with sorting company mailings. An ability to work efficiently while handling multiple tasks is necessary for this position.
Responsibilities include:
- Pleasantly answer, screen, and route incoming calls
- Greet guests
- Handle incoming deliveries and notify appropriate staff
- Maintain stock of general supplies (office/kitchen/bathroom)
- Ability to multi-task, and happy to assist other departments if needed
- Computer proficiency a must (Word/Excel/Google Suite)
- An ability to work efficiently and follow instructions is important
- Assist with office filing
We will help train the right candidate. The position is full-time, M-F 9:00am-5pm, with 1/2-hour lunch break. 8 paid holidays included. Benefits available after 90 day probationary period.
