The MARCS Agency is a Mental and Behavioral Health Agency with specially trained clinicians dedicated to providing high-quality, mental health treatment to adults, children, adolescents, and young adults. We are seeking compassionate and talented individuals to join our team!

Qualified candidate should have a Master's Degree (preferred) or Bachelors Degree in a human services field or special education with at least one year of clinical experience; Clinical experience means providing direct clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults with mental illness. It includes supervised internships, practicum, and field experience. A human services field is defined as social work, psychology, sociology, or counseling.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

General knowledge of:
- client development;
- family dysfunction factors and contributors;
- behavioral management techniques;
- local community resources and services;
- crisis intervention strategies
Skills and abilities in:
- listening and communicating effectively both orally and in writing;
- maintaining working relationships with other social services providers, purchasers, and clients; and problem-solving

Job Type: Part-time or Full-Time
