This opportunity in Sacramento is aimed at those who don’t want to be in an office all day and who enjoy getting out into the fresh air. The position offers a good mix of indoor and outdoor work and some of your new responsibilities will include facility and hydrant system inspections, repairs, and maintenance, receiving fuel from transport trucks, fuel quality checks, input of receipt data, record review, and inspections of the hydrant system. Additional responsibilities include maintenance, repair and housekeeping of the fuel facilities, ground equipment fueling station and hydrant system underground pits and vaults.

• accept petroleum products into all storage facilities in accordance with ATA 103 established procedures and quality controls;
• ensure quality controls of fuel and facility inspections and integrity of fuel systems;
• maintain fuel inventories, truck receipt logs and bill of ladings;
• perform periodic and scheduled inspections;
• assist mechanics for scheduled and unscheduled repairs and maintenance;
• work at truck racks and fuel storage tanks with the able to climb/use safety equipment to the top of fuel tanks and truck racks;
• update daily records, truck receiving logs and inspections forms;

Essential Job functions require ability to work overtime, meet attendance standards and adhere to all safety and performance standards plus work outside.
