EAP Logistics is seeking a Delivery Driver who is energetic and outgoing to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for delivering and picking-up packages to homes and businesses using a company provided vehicle. As a contractor for FedEx Ground, we will provide you with the training and equipment necessary to be successful, all you need to do is bring your great attitude!

Candidates must have a clean driving record, be 21 years of age or older, and be able to lift 150 lbs. Candidates must also be able to pass a criminal and driving background check, along with a DOT physical and drug screening.

We're open to working with you on scheduling but do require Saturday availability.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Work in changing outdoor environments throughout the year, including snow, rain, heat, and other varying conditions
• Stand and sit for long periods of time as necessary
• Safely and responsibly operate Company provided vehicles in all weather conditions
• Be a minimum of 21 years old with a clean driving record
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance
• Communicate effectively with fellow team members and Company Management
• Provide outstanding customer service and always represent the Company in a positive manner
• Load and sort packages for pick-up and delivery, up to 150lbs, on a daily basis
• Provide loading, driving, or operational assistance to fellow drivers where necessary
• Utilize company provided technologies, including iPads, GPS devices and package scanners, to ensure safe and effective daily operations
• Be flexible to work varying shifts of 6-11 hours depending on day and season
• Be independent and self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Pass initial and ongoing drug testing, background checks, driving record audits, and physical assessments
• Be ethical and reliable - someone that can truly be counted on
