- Full-time- a minimum of 25-30 clients per week
- Must have training and experience working with children and families.
- Turn-Key operation: All Referrals handled & placed for you
- Full Intake Department to support clinical administrative needs.
- Internal Billing Department

- Provide caring, compassionate, quality therapy to clients.
- Leadership
- Scheduling your own clients and inputting the necessary information and documentation.
- Timely completion of progress notes, initial assessments, treatment plans, charge forms, and other case records. (electronic, simple, fast, and easy to use. )
- Attend weekly consultation groups/staff meetings
- LMFT, LPCC. ACSW, AMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, Psy D or Ph.D. licensed to practice in the state of California.
- Leadership experience
- Experience in private practice is preferred but not required. If you have the clinical skills we will teach you what you need to know to be successful in a private practice setting.
- Compassion, communication skills, and the desire to work as a member of a team.
- Attend a paid weekly staff meetings with a collaborative group for supervision, consultation, education, and training.
