Estrella Falls Dentistry is a private practice located in Goodyear. Dr Jay Suaverdez opened the practice in 2006 and we've been creating healthy smiles since. We are looking for a Dental Front Office / Patient Services Coordinator with a positive attitude who is organized, detail oriented, and reliable. You will be working directly with our office manager Leanne.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and check patients into the practice
• Answer phones and monitor patient communications (voicemail, email, text)
• Check out patients and take payments as needed
• Manage hygiene schedules including confirming and rescheduling
• Verify and follow up that patient forms (medical history / insurance) are up to date
• Manage hygiene Recare patients
• New patient telephone interview

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and verbal skills
• Experience working in dental front office
• Proficient in dental practice management software (Dentrix)
• Knowledge of dental terminology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
