About us

The UPS Store provides, shipping, shredding, printing, fax, passport photos, personal and business mailboxes, and notary services.

These are the shifts/hours I am hiring for this position: (20 hours per week)

• Wednesdays: 1 pm - 6:30 pm
• Fridays: 10 am - 6:30 pm
• Saturdays: 10 am to 5:00 pm

We're looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate for this position has experience answering customer service calls in a professional manner and is able to quickly provide solutions to customer issues and problems. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working closely with the other members of the team to prepare the organization for a variety of possible customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Speak clearly and concisely to customers.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Answer customer questions.
• Solve problems for customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.03 - $18.58 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Diego, CA 92101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Typing: 2 years (Preferred)
