We're looking for a friendly and reliable Guest Service Agents to join our team to provide our vacation owners and guests outstanding service.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and create a welcoming environment for guests
• Check-in/Check Out services
• Always maintain a professional and welcoming tone of voice
• Support guest needs and work through guest issues professionally and promptly to meet Gold Crown Resort standards of service excellence.
• Keep the property safe and secure for guests and employees
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Comply with privacy standards
• Respond to emergencies promptly
• We provided training for great candidates
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

• Ability to work weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
