Job Description
Full time position with benefits. Normal work schedule will be 5 days per week, shifts are 6:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., will work weekends as needed. Will cover other shifts as needed. Will be assigned to various areas of the kitchen including preparing patient meals, washing dishes, cafeteria service, receiving and putting up deliveries and completing additional duties as assigned by a supervisor. Has knowledge of proper food handling procedures and government regulations regarding the food code. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the food service/hospitality industry. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
