Job description

Liaison between Nutrition Food Service (NFS) and Nursing units assigned to. Relay any diet change information to NFS in order to manage late tray deliveries and keep to a minimum. Manage tube feed and stocking items on floors to ensure needs are met and expiration dates are good. Perform service recoveries if no member of management is needed. Assist patients with meal ordering and education for the GetWell network. Manage cleanliness of soiled utilities room (NFS items only). Deliver trays to the patient on your assigned floor.
