Do you enjoy supporting individuals and want to impact their lives? Mental Health America of Greenville County is expanding and seeking full-time Crisis Follow-Up Specialists for Evenings.

You will place follow-up calls or texts to individuals who recently called the Crisis Line. You will document the safety plan's effectiveness and revise it in collaboration with the individual. Based on this information, you will work with our team to help provide additional support in coordinating treatment or other support services for these individuals.

Shift Evenings starts at 3 pm.

Requirements

Good listening skills and ability to maintain personal and confidential information

Competence with computer systems, data entry, and databases

Detailed-oriented and self-motivated

Professional phone manner with a clear speaking voice

Both dependable and reliable

It's a plus if you have the following:

Previous experience volunteering or working in social services or non-profit fields

Completed some college-level courses
