Location: New Lisbon, WI
Shift: 1st

Hours: 5 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. OT as needed
Compensation: $19.98 per hour

Responsibilities:

Foaming standard and special cabinets
-
Accurately set up foam fixtures
-
Install internal fixturing
-
Drill foam holes
-
Inject foam insulation
-
Install skid plates, casters, and skid pallets
-
Cleaning and drilling of cabinets as needed
-
Install breaker strips as needed
-
Complete foam quality checklist
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Must understand & be able to follow ALL safe operating procedures & requirements
-
Ability to use small hand tools efficiently and safely
-
Ability to read a tape measure
-
Ability to accurately select correct cabinet on volume system and figure shot times as needed
-
Ability to operate all foam jigs efficiently
-
Ability to operate all equipment in area efficiently and safely
Essential Functions:

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs on a continual basis
-
Ability to reach overhead and/or above shoulder height frequently
-
Ability to stand for long periods of time
-
Ability to use repetitive motion.

Ability to be on time and at work daily
