Answer phone calls
Check insurance eligibility
PMP's
Knowledge of insurances
Obtain blood samples
Take vitals
Be familiar with eCW (the EMR system we use)
**Willing to be a floating MA/receptionist within offices located in Valley Stream, Massapequa, Melville, and Bay Shore if necessary. (being a team player is a MUST)
