We're looking for talented and passionate fitness instructors who are committed to helping seniors achieve their active aging goals. Candidates should have flexible availability, a genuine interest in helping others, and the ability to motivate and inspire others with solid communication and time management skills. The right candidate will work well with seniors, have a passion for health and fitness, have a variety of fitness certifications, be able to share their knowledge and experience with students, and make every client feel welcomed and appreciated.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain current CPR certification for fitness instructors and other applicable certifications.
• Give fitness training classes such as aerobics, yoga, and weightlifting classes. A variety of fitness formats is beneficial: aerobics and dance, strength and conditioning, yoga, spin, etc.
• Communicate with members about scheduled classes and record any absences or tardies.
• Have knowledge of new exercise techniques and strategies.
