Job Summary
The College of Arts and Sciences (A&S) seeks a Financial Analyst Coordinator to support the Business Center. This individual will serve as a lead in all centralized financial processes for A&S and must have a comprehensive understanding of all business processes.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to functioning as a resource and advisor on complex issues as they relate to purchasing, travel, grant, reimbursement, and reconciliation procedures; ensure financial processes are processed accurately and by established deadlines; monitor college internal ticketing system daily and assist with complex financial transactions; provide training to newly hired staff in the Business Center on financial and business processes; develop various training tools, including written training materials, videos, and host in-person training opportunities; and providing exceptional customer service to all constituents.
