Maletis Beverage is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team!

JOB SUMMARY:

The Financial Analyst II will provide extensive analysis, reporting and financial modeling to support organizational decision making. They will be responsible for evaluating and communicating financial results, and budget to actual variance reporting. The analyst will report to the Director of Accounting and Finance, and will work closely with accounting, operations, and sales departments to advise the company on its financial strategy. Other job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating with members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
• Work with IT to streamline reporting via development or third-party tools
• Annual Financial Reporting to Anheuser-Busch and other industry groups
• Coordinate with department leads on annual budget creation and reporting
• Daily batch posting of sales and cost of goods sold to Business Central ERP system
• Month end reporting and closing tasks
• Manage Financial PowerBI reports
• Works closely with Sales Directors for incentive pay calculation and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• 2-4 years of business finance or other relevant experience
• High proficiency in financial modeling
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and/or Microsoft Business Central a plus
• Proven ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and illegal drug screen
