We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst who is responsible for developing annual business plans and providing monthly analysis compared to results. The Financial Analyst will also perform ad hoc analysis for Managers, Senior Leaders, and Executives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends
  • Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
  • Manage all invoicing for assigned Business units
  • Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
  • Builds and manages financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources
  • Builds budgets and forecasts of future company performance
  • Prepares financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting information
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
  • Analyze past results, perform variation analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Evaluates new projects and investment opportunities by comparing them with each other
  • Performs ad hoc analysis for Business Unit Managers & Executives as required
  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
  • Execute month end closing, journal entries and financial reporting
  • Oversee ERP system for LNAT and LNAS
  • Execute ERP processes and ensure documented ERP processes are being followed
  • Review, recommend, and implement improvement opportunities
  • Responsible for submitting an accurate labor ticket on a daily basis
  • Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment
  • Adherence company policies
  • Adherence to LINK quality process and procedures and identify continuous improvement opportunities implementing through our quality system
  • Be a role model and advocate of the LINK culture that is consistent and emphasizes the identified mission, vision, and values of the organization

Qualifications:
  • 0-3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
  • BA, BS, or B.Com degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Good business acumen
  • High proficiency with financial modeling and techniques
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communications and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity with data query/data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Able to work with and influence people across multiple business units

Other:
  • This position is located in an office and involves sedentary work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
