Description
Support the Contracting & Reimbursement Manager by providing reimbursement support for all internal and external stakeholders, including financial analyses, volume statistics, policy research, and participating in committees as they arise. Helps to coordinate information flows between Fiscal Services, Revenue Management, and Population Health. Collaborates with Revenue Integrity on pricing updates and service department requests.

Qualifications
Experience Minimum Required
- 1-3 years experience in hospital revenue cycle or financial analysis setting
- The preferred candidate will have experience with contractual analysis, billing/remittance data interpretation and analytics, and chargemaster auditing.
- Bachelor's degree
Training Minimum Required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Access and Word Applications to include pivot tables, VLOOKUP's Macros, and other database manipulation techniques.
- Must be a self-starter with excellent analytical/problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Training Preferred/Desired
Experience with EPIC or other EHR Systems, claims management software (FinThrive), and contract management application (Harvest)
