DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time accounting position with our law firm works standard business hours, but also offers some flexibility.

As a Finance Specialist, you are responsible for providing timely and accurate financial reports to assist business leaders throughout the organization. Using your analytical skills, you assist in preparing, coordinating, and documenting financial projects. You complete tasks and responsibilities in the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting process. You also prepare reports on industry trends in sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas. Preparing monthly internal and external reporting processes is also a necessary task for this accounting position.

Through your attention to detail, you create financial models for current and future projects. This includes designing automation for existing processes and procedures. The finance skills you have, assist in your support for the development and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and systems. Your industry knowledge is invaluable to the law firm.
