WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
• Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
• Develop a schedule to assess training needs
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
• Instruct employee training and onboarding
• Review employee performance and learning
• Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
• Participate in new restaurant openings (NROs) and provide initial training to managers, team members, and other trainers
• Serve as a field manager while stabilizing the new restaurant, perform all store’s daily tasks and duties alongside the store manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Two (2) years’ previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of various computer software programs (Google Drive, Office, POS, restaurant management softwares
• Have a flexible/adaptable schedule
• Manager ServSafe certificate
• Manager ServSafe Alcohol certificate
