WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
- Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Instruct employee training and onboarding
- Review employee performance and learning
- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
- Participate in new restaurant openings (NROs) and provide initial training to managers, team members, and other trainers
- Serve as a field manager while stabilizing the new restaurant, perform all store’s daily tasks and duties alongside the store manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Two (2) years’ previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of various computer software programs (Google Drive, Office, POS, restaurant management softwares
