WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Advance has an opening for a Field Service Technician for our Cockeysville office location. Your primary focus will be to troubleshoot and repair hardware equipment while also delivering exceptional customer service. Advance will provide the support and training you need to personally and professionally succeed in this role.

ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU WILL

• Trouble shoot and resolve hardware equipment problems
• Complete necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on print hardware
• Develop a great working relationship with the customers in your territory
• Travel locally within your territory using your personal vehicle
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Other duties as assigned
