The Field Service Operations Professional for the North America Region has many responsibilities ranging from care of the Siemens Energy Field Service vehicle fleet and tooling. This is a dynamic position that requires skill to meet the needs of our service operation field service teams. A position where efficiencies matter as we strive to match customer demand. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Responsible for Field Service Vehicle business operations and support.
• Tooling and operations team member supporting Field Service, finance and operations Planning. Responsibilities include building efficiencies into the operation process.
• Manage Capital Assets and work with internal collaborators to complete replacements or new additions to the vehicle fleet.
• Logistics lead for asset movement both domestic and international.
• Special projects manager working in conjunction with the asset manager.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree preferred, high school diploma and equivalent experience is required. 8+ years of experience in Project Management, continuous improvement and change management within the siemens energy sector is required. Technical experience related to gas turbines, vehicles, and tooling is preferred. Those with more experience may be considered for a higher level.
• Expert Interpersonal skills required to maintain the full-service environment with partners.
• Strong IT background is preferred especially related to database structures.
• Good financial competence: Capital Project Creation, Invoicing, Contract management, managing and establishing tooling cost.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the united states without need for current or future employer sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfer.
