• Knowledge of business and management principles involving leadership, quality production methods, and coordination of people and resources
• Computer literate with the ability to operate office equipment

Responsibilities include:

• Managing up to 16 employees
• Lead new hire training of Professional House Cleaners
• Maintain The Maids standard of quality by performing quality assurance checks and retraining as needed
• Promoting a positive employee culture throughout the teams

Desired Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Supervisory experience and/or demonstrated supervisory potential preferred
• Associates degree and/or related on-the-job experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills are advantageous but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
