The Field Engineer Development Program at Swagelok Kansas City | Little Rock |Omaha | Quad

industry knowledge. As a participant in this program, you will have the opportunity to work closely

with experienced engineers, engage with end-users, and solve real-world problems. Our emphasis on an experience-based learning approach will provide you with the skills and hands-on experience needed to excel as a field engineer at Swagelok and beyond.

The Field Engineer Development Programat Swagelok Kansas City | Little Rock | Omaha| Quad Cities is a 36 month program that is divided into two stages. The first stage is a 12-18 month training period that takes place at our Kansas City office. During this time, participants will have the opportunity to work with various roles within our organization such as Applications Engineer, Fabrication and Assembly Technician, Customer Service, and Outside Sales. This stage is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered by Swagelok, as well as the skills needed to be successful field engineers.

The second stage of the program involves a 24-month duration as an Associate Field Engineer, relocated to the Iowa/Nebraska region. During this time, participants will apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired during the first 18 months of the program to support our regional sales efforts. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing technical support to clients and our outside sales team. This stage of the program is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to put their skills into practice in a real world setting, while also supporting the growth of our business in their respective regions.

At the conclusion of the program, participants will have the option to enter the Global Field Engineering Program tospecialize in select applications/markets as well as interface and network with peers around the world and continue towards a Field Engineering career path. Alternative career paths include a Design/Applications Engineering position or several potential engineering roles at the Swagelok factory.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
