Field Engagement Manager
Working From Home – NY

As a Barclays Field Engagement Manager, you’ll interact with inflight crewmembers & other key management contacts, building long-term trust & sharing the key benefits of the card program for all stakeholders including the inflight crewmember, the airline customer and airline. By building continuous reinforcement of the value creation, you’ll increase participation in the program within the ranks of the inflight crewmembers & expand the operational assistance for card program day in and day out both on the planes and in crew rooms.

What will you be doing?

  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on all things related to assigned partner(s) credit card offer
  • Demonstrating effective and compliant engagement practices and techniques
  • Adhering to all codes, Barclays US sales and compliance standards as well as each partners’ model for effectiveness
  • Accounting for the consistent filter program feedback to Field Engagement lead on program opportunities and barriers via set meetings and ad hoc communications
  • Ensuring crew rooms are stocked with applications and other collateral always related to the card program
  • Driving awareness and participation in communication portal sites
  • Encouraging enrollment and assistance suggestions for improved content and other strategic enhancements

What we’re looking for:

  • Over three years general relationship/business development/marketing experience or competence is required
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Over three years of experience developing marketing/relationship skills succeeding as an influencer with partners and external clients as well as internal colleagues

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • College Degree is preferred
  • Ability to travel extensively, as required

Where will you be working?

You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 32-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
