Federal Work Study - Student Assistant (4-H Online)
Job description
Must have a current Federal Work Study award
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, phone protocol/courtesies
Responsibilities – Assist with 4-H State Headquarters Office
- Assist with management of the Florida 4-H management system, 4-H Online. Meet with county faculty and staff to prepare new 4-H year, update schools database, enter data as needed, assist with questions from families or staff.
- Customer service
- Help with miscellaneous tasks related to other 4-H programming as assigned.
Availability: 10-20 hours a week, work hours may be flexible within the regular work week of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
$11/hour
Must have a current Federal Work Study work award
Data entry, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, Publisher), basic webpage maintenance, basic podcast editing/graphic design/ filmmaking skills (willingness to learn), and general office experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, as well as follow verbal and written instructions. Demonstrate professional etiquette in the office, on the phone, and in person.
