League Health Urgent Care and Primary Care, located in Cinco Ranch area of Katy, Texas is currently seeking Advanced Nurse Practitioners (NP) to join their team of excellent care providers.

League Health Urgent Care and Primary Care, provide the fully comprehensive care options for patients needing immediate care, chronic care and occupational medicine. This innovative hybrid model will look to the NP to render routine and urgent care to patients, with a solid focus on providing quality care and treating patients with compassion and service. Helping patients live healthier lives is a fundamental commitment of all of League Health.

League Health also provides additional services such as IV Infusion Therapy, Ketamine Infusion Therapy, Weight Loss, Acoustic Wave Therapy and Aesthetics, so a provider with experience in these services will be highly preferred.

Each facility has an onsite lab and digital radiology affording every provider with a higher level of diagnostics to provide highest level of care and service to our patients. Telemedicine services will also be provided, and supervising physician support is readily available onsite daily.

This individuals selected will be a highly motivated, quality-conscious healthcare professional with the ability to work in an environment where one-on-one time with patients and positive outcomes are the ultimate measurement of success. Under the supervision and prescriptive authority of a Physician, the NP will operate independently and is responsible for the delivery of health care and patient care management. The NP is responsible for the delivery of a broad range of medical services, including taking medical histories, conducting physical examinations, ordering diagnostic tests, administering treatments, monitoring patients, prescribing medications, consulting physicians, and counseling and educating patients.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely documentation into the EMR for all patient care, i.e. patient interview/encounters, medical and social histories, evaluations and management, and treatment plans

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have an active and unencumbered APRN license in state of practice. Certifications and licensure required below:
  • CPR Certification
  • NPI & DEA
  • Current National Board Certification
  • BLS-Certification
  • NRCME Certification

The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years post-graduation primary care practice experience as a practicing NP, the ability to work independently and experience working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

  • Commitment to quality medical care with compassion and respect for each patient’s dignity.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Experience: 5 years as a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner in an Urgent and primary care, preferably with additional experience in IV Infusion Therapy, Acoustic Wave Therapy and Aesthetics.

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
