We are a rapidly growing law practice that seeks an experienced family law attorney.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Assist clients with family law issues including divorce, child custody, annulments, child support, separation, asset division, and all other family law matters.
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

The minimum billing requirement is 1560 hours/year. Our firm uses Clio and Clio Grow. Remote work options are available. While it is preferred that candidates work out of our Westminster office, arrangements can be made to accommodate the right candidates for our Timonium and Dundalk offices.
