Job Description:

One of our clients in Provo/Sandy, Utah is looking to hire a facilities maintenance technician on a long term basis. Candidates must

have previous facilities maintenance experience completing basic plumbing, electrical repair, changing light fixtures, painting, and drywall

patching to be considered for this role.

This employee will be working at an office complex/campus interacting with tenants and customers on a daily basis. Must

have strong "soft skills" and the ability to work professionally with our clients tenants.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Overtime is sometimes required but generally this employee will be

working about 40-45 hours each week.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• At least three years of previous facilities maintenance experience
• Lighting/Electrical repair
• Plumbing
• Painting/Patching
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems (will not be making repairs themselves).
• Ability to work with hand and power tools and follow instructions while making repairs.
• Strong customer service skills as this employee will be interacting frequently with tenants and clients.
