AirHeads HVAC is looking to hire a full-time Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to represent our company while going into our Kempner, TX clients' homes to provide maintenance and service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. We offer this position an hourly wage of $19.00 - $30.00, depending on experience, plus spiffs and bonuses! We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for experienced techs. We are offering a $5,000 bonus, for techs with 5 years of experience, and $3,000 for techs with 3 years of experience. The typical work schedule is 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday (weekends, overtime, and evenings are required occasionally). We also provide excellent benefits that include paid vacation, holidays, Roth IRA company match, company phone, vehicle, and uniform, continuous company paid training, and year-round work! There will be an additional bonus of $5000 for 5 or more years of experience and $3000 for 3 to 5 years of experience. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• 3 + years service experience
• EPA Certification
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques (making repairs, replacements, and doing tune-ups
• Ability to acquire a low voltage license within 2 years of employment
• Ability to acquire NATE certifications within 1 year of employment
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices, air balancing principles, and safety
• Willingness to attend continuing education training and seminars

Universal EPA certification, certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School, NATE certification, 3 to 5 years of industry experience, and having your own tools are a plus!
