Part Time Experienced Floor Care Technician

EVENINGS & WEEKENDS 20 HOURS A WEEK

Environment Control is a full service commercial janitorial service that provides service to Western MA. and Northern CT.

We are hiring an experienced Floor Care Technician.

Experience is necessary in:

Carpet Cleaning (Extraction)

Tile and other hard floor restoration- experience in scrubbing, stripping, recoating and buffing

Restroom floor scrubbing and grout cleaning – floor machines and hand work as needed.

Experience in proper equipment care and use.

Experience 3 years (preferred)

Candidates must be:

Willing to adhere to Environment Control’s quality expectations and directives in all areas pertain to the job.

Take direction and guidance in continued learning of skills important to work at hand.

Be dependable, attendance is a must.

Assist with other janitorial work should the need arise.

Show respect and empathy for others.

Required:

Must successfully pass pre-employment background check.

Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record. You will be driving company vehicles.

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour to start based on experience. ** Bonus potential per assignment***

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• East Longmeadow, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
