We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking to add a professional experienced auto sales manager to our existing quality leadership team. Only experienced, talented leaders need apply. You must have +2 years automotive sales manager experience: i.e.; sales manager, fi manager, svc manager, bdc/bdr manager to be considered for this position!

Primary Duties:

• Hire, train, and develop, a top team of automotive sales professionals
• Coach and train the sales department focused on the customer experience
• Maintain high factory CSI performance
• Manage CRM system
• Customer engagement to assist sales people closing deals
• Structure deals to maximize sales opportunities
• Support finance department reserve and products
• Manage inventory and lot vehicle merchandising

Requirements

• Floor/t.o. manager
• Prior Automotive Sales Management Experience +2 years automotive manager experience: i.e.; sales manager, fi manager, svc manager, bdc/bdr manager
• Must have sales process experience
• CRM and Inventory Management Tool Experience - Proficient with current crm
• Proficient time management
• Social media savvy is a plus
• 4 references
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR
• Can pass a background check and drug test
• Above average communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Strong work ethic
• Above average computer and phone skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
