Key Role:
Work with the Navy and Marine Corps leadership team to create and implement a strategy, designed and executed to influence clients, capture business, generate investment ideas, and develop staff in the Marine Corps segment of our business. Build institutional credibility through domain, technical, and cross-industry expertise and relationships to help Booz Allen position against future Marine Corps needs with a focus on helping the account identify prioritized mission areas of investment and shape and capture technically differentiated work. Engage with our client facing teams to further develop them as leaders and to further refine their business development and engagement approaches for specific Marine Corps organizations and offices. Collaborate and share understanding and expertise on challenges and opportunities in training and readiness disciplines.
Basic Qualifications:
20+ years of experience in solving challenges across the Marine Corps with increasing leadership responsibilities up to the General Officer ranks
Experience with major commercial or government organizations in Defense services and solutions, most pronounced in the Marine Corps
Experience with leading large-scale training and readiness organizations in the Marine Corps
Experience with significant relationships across the Navy and Marine Corps market space
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with identifying, assessing, and evaluating the strategic value of solutions to address complex training and readiness challenges
Ability to engage with internal colleagues to identify strategic solutions
Ability to manage relationships and a strategic reputation with government officials and industry partners
Ability to develop strategies that influence government and industry partnerships
Master’s degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $190,000 to $250,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
