Job Description

  • Customer Communication via Email, Phone and in Person
  • Assisting Managers Preparing Contracts, Floor Plans, Banquet Event Orders, Filing
  • Liaison between Events Department and other Departments in the Hotel
  • Working closely with customers on rooming lists, banquet orders, group resumes, floor plans
  • Responding to general inquiries and directing accordingly
  • Prepare and distribute reports for weekly meetings (i.e. BEO meetings, Pre-cons)
  • Work on small events as needed
  • Provide administrative support to all managers/directors
  • Maintains and orders office supplies as needed and within budget

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone
  • Superior time management and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Organized and detail oriented when preparing contract and event orders
