SUMMARY: The Events Ambassador is responsible for the execution of and the enhancement of the fan experience by interacting with guests upon their arrival to the stadium for events including Patriots games, Patriots Training Camp, and special events (e.g., Patriots Hall of Fame presented by Raytheon Technologies, Patriots Lacrosse League, Finish at the 50). This role will provide an introduction to various elements of event operations and fan engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively greet guests attending games and events at Gillette Stadium with a friendly demeanor and a smile
• Accommodate guests in a knowledgeable and friendly manner
• Assist with execution of event promotions, to include distribution of premium items
• Support Event staff at all team events
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Staff registration tables
• Greet and interact with guests
• Staff interactive stations at events

• Support staff in their fulfillment efforts
• Prize fulfillment and customer service
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position has no supervisory responsibility

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Results oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work comfortably both independently and in a team environment
• Required to work extended hours, weekends and holidays according to Gillette Stadium event schedule
• Must be able to work outdoors during all times of the year
• Must be able to interface with all levels of the organization and represent the Events team in a highly professional manner

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel
• The employee frequently is required to talk or hear
• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• The noise level in the work environment is sometimes loud
