Job Title: Estimator
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Salary: $70-140k+ (depending on experience) + bonus
Requirements: Residential Construction OR well-rounded experience and a desire to work in Residential Construction
We're a highly-reputable South Florida-based General Contractor specializing in ground-up Multifamily and Affordable Housing projects. We've been in business for 35+ years and have strong portfolio consisting of Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality, and Healthcare projects.
Our team is actively expanding and we're looking to add an experienced Estimator with a background in multifamily construction to our team for a long-term career opportunity. This role will focus on affordable housing & market rate projects ranging from $3-40M plus occasional commercial projects.
